The rates shown below are for renting this accommodation for a one week period. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, although short-breaks and weekends may be possible out of high-season and holidays.

All prices are charged in £ (GBP). Cheques in Euros or US Dollars are accepted at equivalent exchange rates at time of booking.

Rental Conditions:

Prices include linen, heating, gas, water and electricity but not telephone. A 25% cancellation deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The remainder of the full payment (75% of above rates) is due 6 weeks before arrival. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation takes place less than 6 weeks before the lease date.

A £200 damage deposit (or equivalent in Euros) is also required; telephone charges (charged at normal rate) and damages, if any, will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder returned within 4 weeks.

A maid service and babysitting may be available (on request).
